Welcome to Casa Vinyart on the enchanting Costa Smeralda, just a stone’s throw away from Baja Sardinia, Poltu Quatu and Porto Cervo. High up on the mountain, in the idyllic residence Villaggio „Faras“, a breathtaking view of the vast sea and the islands opposite awaits you, surrounded by lush greenery and charming surroundings.

Casa Vinyart offers you a comfortable vacation apartment with three cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, an inviting living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Right next to the apartment, a few steps down, is the inspiring Vinyart art studio. This studio is not rented out and is therefore either unoccupied or the artist herself is present.

The spacious 90 square meter terrace is used jointly by Casa and Atelier Vinyart. This terrace, furnished with a heavy, beautiful wooden table and cozy seating areas, fireplace, offers the perfect place to relax and socialize. The terrace is very private, without a direct opposite in the greenery. If the artist is present, she looks forward to a harmonious get-together and is happy to invite you to barbecues, cooking sessions or creative activities. This creates an atmosphere that delights the heart and makes your vacation unforgettable.

The charming residence Villaggio „Faras“ also offers a tennis court and invites you to take relaxing walks. Of course, there is also a parking space available for guests of the vacation apartment, so you can park your car safely and conveniently.

Atelier Vinyart (Artstudio) is rented out only on special request.
