Casa Vinyart I

Casa Vinyart I and II are actually connected to each other but can be separated by a panel, only removable from Casa Vinyart I as escape route. The main entrance and the terrace are then shared, but each unit has a separate entrance (glass facade with a door) accessible from the terrace. The shared terrace spans an expansive 90 square meters, offering seclusion and boasting panoramic views of the ocean and lush greenery. It is equipped with a BBQ Chimney, perfect for outdoor cooking experiences. Additionally, a magnificent long wooden table, which can be divided if needed, enhances the ambiance for unforgettable dining moments:

In Casa Vinyart I, there is a bedroom for 2 people (double bed 160 cm with two separate mattresses), a spacious kitchen with an oven and gas connection, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. Additionally, this apartment has a loft where an extra person can stay. In case of bad weather, there is a cozy dining area with a small sofa (unfortunately, still no TV, but of course with internet access).

Since outdoor dining is popular in summer, the long dining table can be shared, allowing each party to have their private terrace area. Living and bedroom areas are equipped with air conditioning, a private hot water boiler, and a fan. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary items (microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, towels, and Italian coffee maker), and there are plenty of hand and bath towels as well as bed linen.

Naturally, you can rent Casa Vinyart I and II as a unit, accommodating 8-10 people. During the creative week, guests stay in Casa Vinyart II. Each apartment has a private outdoor parking space available for your car.

Our cleaning staff, Olga, is available if you need household assistance during your stay (at your own expense).

 Surroundings and & Impressions

Casa Vinyart is situated on a hilltop overlooking Poltu Quatu, offering breathtaking views of the sea. A car is necessary to reach here and to explore the surroundings as well as the beaches.

Baja Sardinia and Poltu Quatu are located directly at the foot of the hill, while Pitrizza and Porto Cervo are only a few kilometers away. Sardinia is a fantastic destination for both maritime and land-based sports such as mountain biking, hiking, boat tours, scuba diving, beach bars, nightclubs, secluded coves, markets, and ancient sights. The season typically starts in early May and ends in late October. Outside of these times, the weather is usually still beautiful but can be windy. Many attractions close at the end of the season, but the island can still be wonderfully explored. You can relax at home, go swimming, have a barbecue, hike, bike, or take a trip to Corsica. Additionally, the Nuraghe (ancient sites) are usually open throughout the year.

Supermarkets and fresh fish can be found in Arzachena (a 15-minute drive) and in Olbia (a 25-minute drive).
